How do I enroll myself for Mirae Asset e-Fund Market?
Mirae Asset e-Fund Market facility is available only for existing investors of Mirae Asset Mutual Fund. All you need to do is to register yourself, create your User profile and apply for your unique Personal Identification Number (PIN). You can download the PIN agreement and send the duly signed copy to us for issuance of your PIN.
Your PIN will be dispatched as per the Mode of Holding through secured stationery to your registered mailing address.
Once you have your User ID and PIN, you need to associate your folio for your User ID. On successful confirmation you will be able to avail the facilities offered online.
Where do I submit the PIN agreement form and the PAN proof / KYC Compliance Document?
You may submit the signed PIN agreement form and the
*PAN proof / KYC Compliance Document at any our ISC's. The details of the same are available on our website. You may also submit the same directly to KARVY offices. Please

*(Applicants are requested to submit attested copy of PAN card. Attestation can be done by a distributor, a bank manager, or a notary on production of the original copy. Applications without the PAN details will be rejected. For complete details on KYC, please click here.)
How do I make the payment for purchases?
Electronic fund transfer arrangement has been made with select banks the list of which is available on our website. You need to have a net banking facility any one these banks for transferring funds effect purchase transaction.
Can I use credit / debit cards for purchase?
Payment can be made only via electronic fund transfer and not through any other mode. Investors who have Internet banking facility with
any one of the banks will be able to transact online.
How will I receive the redemption proceeds
After successful processing of your redemption transaction for applicable NAV, the redemption proceeds will be paid out either directly to your bank account or a cheque / DD will be mailed to your mailing address.
What is the NAV applicable for my transactions?
The cut-off timings as prescribed by 'SEBI' is mentioned in the respective scheme offer documents which are also available on our website under the download section. The time of transacting will be the time at which the request is logged in. This shall be the server time.
I have forgotten my Password. How do I retrieve it?
You can click on the Forgot Password link in the login page on our website and fill the necessary details on the screen. Upon successful validation of your details, an email will be sent to the registered email address.
How do I reactivate my locked account?
Your account shall get locked after 3 consecutive incorrect logins. Once your account is locked you need to send a mail from your registered email address to
efund.care@miraeassetmf.co.in. Your account will be unlocked and intimation to this effect will be sent to your email address within 3 business days.
Can I change my address, bank mandate and contact number through Mirae e-Fund Market?
No. Any change of address, bank mandate has to be either through C.V.L. – the agency for registering your K.Y.C. or physical intimation to AMC branches. Change in contact numbers also needs to be through a physical request submitted to any of AMC branches or KARVY. This is for security reasons.
Can I register for systematic transactions on Mirae Asset e-Fund Market?
No. Registrations for systematic transaction are currently not available on e-Fund market. For systematic transaction registrations, you need to send us a physical request as per the prescribed format.
What acknowledgement do I receive for my transactions?
Once your transaction is successful, a confirmatory email will be sent to the email ID registered with us having the reference number of the transaction. You are requested to store this email for future reference, please call our Investor Service Center on

Can I have a single PIN for all my different folios?
No. Separate PIN will be allotted for each Folio number as per the Mode of Holding. However, upon receipt of the PIN you can associate the Folio number with your user ID and change the PIN according to convenience and choice.
Can I use both Mirae Asset e-Fund Market and the physical mode for transacting?
Yes. You may avail of any of the facility at the time of transacting.
Am I liable to pay any fees for making online payment for my Purchase transactions?
Mirae Asset Mutual Fund does not levy any charge for online payments received from its investors. However you are requested to contact your bank for any charges that they may levy.
How safe is an online transaction?
