It is an open ended fund of fund (FOF) scheme predominantly investing in Mirae Asset ESG Sector Leaders ETF.
The scheme will predominantly invest in units of Mirae Asset ESG Sector Leaders ETF, the portfolio of which shall mostly be based on stocks forming part of Nifty100 ESG Sector Leaders Index.
The investment objective of the scheme is to provide long-term capital appreciation from a portfolio investing predominantly in units of Mirae Asset ESG Sector Leaders ETF. There is no assurance that the investment objective of the Scheme will be realized.
The fund shall invest minimum 95% of its assets in units of Mirae Asset ESG Sector Leaders ETF. The fund can also invest upto 5% of its assets in money market instruments / debt securities, Instruments and/or units of debt/liquid schemes of domestic Mutual Funds.
As per the investment objective the fund will predominantly invest in units of Mirae Asset ESG Sector Leaders ETF. Investments made from the net assets of the Scheme would be in accordance with the investment objective of the Scheme and the provisions of the SEBI (MF) Regulations. The AMC will strive to achieve the investment objective by way of a judicious portfolio mix comprising of Debt and Money Market Instruments and equity/ equity related instruments.
NIFTY100 ESG Sector Leaders Index (TRI index) is the Benchmark for this fund.
Being a Fund of Fund which is investing in ETF, demat account is not mandatory to invest in this fund.
Suggested investment tenure is 3 years +.
The risk profile of Mirae Asset Nifty 100 ESG Sector Leaders Fund of Fund is ‘High’. Investors should understand that their principal will be at high risk.
The Scheme has Regular Plan and Direct Plan with a common portfolio and separate NAVs. Investors should indicate the Plan for which the subscription is made by indicating the choice in the application form. Each of the above Regular and Direct Plan under the scheme will have the following Options - 1) Growth Option and 2) Dividend Option. Under the Dividend Option, there will be 2 sub options -: 1) Dividend Payout and 2) Dividend Reinvestment.
On payment of dividend, the NAV of the units under Dividend option will fall to the extent of the dividend payout and applicable statutory levies, if any. It must be distinctly understood that the actual declaration of dividend and frequency thereof is at the sole discretion of Board of Directors of the Trustee Company.
